I welcome you to a week of yoga holidays in the beautiful island of Nisyros. It is located in the Aegean sea and is part of the Dodecanese group of islands, situated between the islands of Kos and Tilos. Its unique energy seems to spring from the geothermal vents and other worldly landscapes.

We will be staying in the beautiful ancient building of Loutra, the most famous hot springs on the island, 1.5 kilometers north of Mandraki, where the port is located. Loutra is known from the 19th century as a therapeutic place to heal and relax. The volcanic therapeutic bath costs 5 euros and there is a café located on the ground floor with nice food.

The retreat will include:
- hatha yoga morning and sunset group practices
- one day cruise to the small and deserted volcanic island of Giali, where we will explore the island and swim in the beautiful waters
- visit to the volcano
- participation to a local celebration with Greek food and circle dancing on 26 of July ( you will have to stay an extra day or more, so let me know so that i can book you the room for more days)
- reflexology or shiatsu face and neck massage on request
- hiking with walking meditation


We will begin our day with yoga classes in Loutra with a beautiful view of the sea to find some balance in this relaxing place, where peace and serenity are in perfect order. Some days, our sunset classes will be on a beach or wherever we decide altogether. My aim is to allow you plenty of time to explore this unique island, to relax, to swim in the crystal blue Aegean sea, to bathe in the therapeutic waters of Loutra and to just be!. With nature all around us and the energy of the volcano, it is easier to connect with ourselves in a deeper level.

All this unique experience is appropriate to people who are beginners to yoga, as well as those who are already on this path.

Cost for accommodation and classes: 290 euros (meals are not included) register and deposit amount as soon as possible to secure your place. Hurry up, places are limited (till 10th of June)!

-two single rooms available with extra cost 70 euros one day cruise to the small and deserted volcanic island of Giali, where we will explore the island and swim in the beautiful waters(optional with cost appr. 6 euros) - visit to the volcano (optional)

The quickest way to get to Nisyros from Athens is by flying to Kos and then getting a boat from the port of Kardamena (10 minutes from Kos airport). At least two boats leave for Nisyros per day. Round-trip flights to Kos cost on average about 100 euros (prices may be higher during high season). By boat from Piraeus the journey takes about 13 hours. Every Thursday departing at 15.00 and arriving next day at 4.00 am, and Sunday, departing 8.00 am and arriving at 22.15 pm) with return tickets costing approximately 40 euros. Nisyros can also be accessed from the ports of Astypalaia, Halki, Kalymnos, Kastelorizo, Leipsoi, Leros, Naxos, Paros, Patmos, Rhodes, Symi and Tilos.
