Toddlers Yoga
It is an exciting new approach to playful yoga for infants and preschool children.
Movements are easy for all and very entertaining for infants as they make the transition from infancy to independence and physical contact with parents often decreases.

Yoga is an important way to maintain this contact through love and play, and the classes provide an opportunity for parents to exercise and have fun with their children, while enhancing their strength, flexibility and balance with relaxation comes as a counterweight to any activity. Songs and movements are combined to enrich the linguistic and acoustic skills of the child alongside their kinetic and cognitive development.
