We will be staying at 9queens spa hotel,  3 minutes away from the natural hot springs

 

The retreat will include

- 4 yoga classes ( one in the thermal hot springs pool)

- Breakfast 

- Hiking with walking meditation (optional)

- bathing in the thermal springs and in the pool and jacuzzi of the hotel

Friday at 20.00 introductory yoga class

-Departure Sunday anytime

130 euros/person in shared double superior room

115 euros/person in shared triple room

110 euros/person in shared double room

175 euros for single superior room or 145 euros in basic room
