Accommodation

We will be staying at a spa hotel,  5 minutes away from the natural hot springs

 

The retreat will include

- 4 yoga classes ( one in the thermal hot springs pool)

- Breakfast -Brunch 

- Hiking with walking meditation (optional)

- bathing in the thermal springs and in the pool and jacuzzi of the hotel

 

Schedule

- Arrival Friday anytime

Friday at 19.30 introductory yoga class

-Departure Sunday anytime after 13.00

 

Cost.   

Early bird prices (till 25 September for the November retreat and 25 October for the December retreat ) After that date prices will be 50 euros more .
