Yoga and healing waters retreat in Lesvos island

I welcome you in the beautiful island of Lesvos  for a 7 days yoga,meditation and healing waters retreat. 

Lesvos Island, a therapeutic haven, is home to numerous historic bathhouses, each offering a unique blend of healing

 

 

Located amidst natural beauty, these baths offer rich mineral waters renowned for their restorative properties. Whether you’re seeking respite from health concerns or a serene retreat, Lesvos’ diverse thermal baths promise an immersive experience in wellness.

We will be staying in a beautiful ancient monastery on the beach next to the Eftalou hot springs. There is a restaurant next to our rooms open the whole day with nice food.

Join us to meet new and old friends, explore and relax in this greek island with amazing energy.

The retreat will include
- hatha yoga group practices
- hot springs baths and meditation 
- day trips 
- reflexology or shiatsu face and neck massage on request
- hiking with walking meditation 

 

My aim is to allow you plenty of time to explore this unique island, to relax, to swim in the crystal blue sea, to bathe in the therapeutic waters of Eftalou  and to just be!. With nature all around us and the healing energy of the baths it is easier to connect with ourselves in a deeper level.

All this unique experience is appropriate to people who are beginners to yoga, as well as those who are already on this path.

Cost / Bookings

Early bird prices till 30 June

 

After that date, prices will be 50 euros more.

Accommodation and classes :

 

- Shared double room 480 euros per person  

- Shared triple room 430 euros  per person one room available 

- single rooms 2 available 585 euros

 

 

Cost includes:  Classes & accommodation 

Cost does not include: Travel expenses & meals

 

BOOKINGS:

Register and deposit 200 euros  as soon as possible to secure your place. (in case of cancellation it is not given back), and the rest the first day of the retreat ) Hurry up, places are very limited (till 30th of June)

 

Travel info
The quickest way to get to Lesvos/Mitilinini  from Athens is by airplane 

 

By boat from Piraeus  on the 2 of August at  12.00 & 18.00 & 14.00 . Travel time 10-12 hours 

It is approximately an hour drive to Eftalou.
