I invite you to this unique place, Methana, with the volcanic energy and it’s healing therapeutic waters, for a weekend retreat of yoga, meditation, hiking to  the volcano, bathing in the thermal springs ,relaxing and whatever else your soul needs.

 

Accommodation

We will be staying in a beautiful neoclassical hotel right on the sea.

The retreat will include

- 4 yoga classes
- Breakfast / Brunch
- Hiking with walking meditation (optional)
- Visit to the volcano

 

Schedule 

- Friday yoga class at 19.00

- Departure Sunday anytime in the afternoon

Cost 

        120euros/person in shared triple room

        120 euros/person in shared double room with no balcony 

130 euros/person in shared double room

140 euros/person in shared double superior room

160 euros/person in single double room
