Re-charge and Re-balance yourself this Winter in this unique place, Aidipsos, with its healing therapeutic hot waters. A weekend of meditation, yoga, bathing in the hot springs , relaxing and whatever else your soul needs

Accommodation

We will be staying at a spa hotel,  5 minutes away from the natural hot springs

The retreat will include

- 4 yoga classes ( one in the thermal hot springs pool)

- Breakfast -Brunch 

- Hiking with walking meditation (optional)

- bathing in the thermal springs and in the pool and jacuzzi of the hotel

Schedule

- Arrival Friday anytime

Friday at 19.30 introductory yoga class

-Departure Sunday anytime after 13.00

Cost.   

Early bird prices till 5 February. After that date prices will be 50 euros more .

230 euros/person in single superior room 

175 euros/person in shared double superior room

160 euros/person in shared triple room

155 euros/person in shared basic  double room

190 euros for single basic room
